Interested in coming to Canada?

If you wish to apply to come to Canada temporarily as

  • visitors,
  • students,
  • foreign workers looking for work in Canada,

you are considered as temporary residents of Canada by the IRCC, the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada. You will require a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) to come to Canada unless you are from one of the visa-exempt countries. Even if you are from the visa-exempt countries and you are arriving by air, you would need an eTA, Electronic Travel Authorization, before you board the planes. Citizens of visa-exempt countries coming to Canada to visit temporarily arriving by cars, buses, trains, boats, cruise ships or on foot do not need an eTA.

If you want us to assist you to apply for a TRV, provide us a simple one or two page information about yourself. Our affiliated authorized representative(s) will work closely with you. Here is the preliminary information you need to supply us.

TRV (temporary resident visas)

There are over 35 million visitors coming to Canada each year. Most of them need temporary resident visas or visitor visas to come to Canada unless they come from visa-exempt countries. Most visitors would need either a visitor visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization, eTA, to come to Canada.

However, if your intention to come to Canada is to:

  • Study more than 6 months or longer or
  • Work in Canada

you would then need to obtain either a formal study or work permit.

If you intend to immigrate to Canada and become a Canuck, you would apply through one of the following three broad categories of immigration programs:
